For more than four decades, I have worked alongside physicians, hospital admins, patients, and families in roles centered on communication, education, and advocacy. As a Registered Nurse and former Director of Physician Services, I understand both the clinical and human sides of healthcare.
Throughout my career, I have seen how easily important medical information can become overwhelming, especially during times of stress, uncertainty, or serious illness. Even the most capable individuals can leave an appointment unsure of what they heard, what it means, or what comes next.

My role is not to replace your healthcare team or provide medical advice. My role is to help you prepare for important appointments, accurately capture the information shared and leave with a clear understanding of your healthcare plan so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
